The Diana Memorial Fountain is a contemporary memorial located in Hyde Park, dedicated to Diana, Princess of Wales. The fountain features a unique oval stream of flowing water made from Cornish granite, designed to symbolize Diana’s life with two different water flows representing both calm and turbulent times.
Visitors are encouraged to interact with the memorial by sitting along its edge or paddling in parts of the water, creating a peaceful and reflective space that celebrates her warmth, openness, and connection with people.
In summer this area of the park is very popular with families as it's suitable for all ages to sit, relax and paddle in the cooling water. There are amenities nearby and since it's located in Hyde Park, it's easy to get around from here.
The fountain does close in bad weather so check the opening times here
